1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AA [EU] Cybersecurity Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AA [EU] Cybersecurity Solutions, registered in Belgium under EU jurisdiction.

3. User Responsibilities
Account Security

Acceptable Use

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality cybersecurity services, our liability is limited as follows:
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
- • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Force majeure events are excluded from liability
- • Users are responsible for implementing additional security measures as needed
Important: Our cybersecurity platform is a tool to enhance your security posture. It does not guarantee complete protection against all threats. Users should maintain comprehensive security practices.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:
- • 30-day written notice for convenience
- • Immediate termination for material breach
- • Automatic termination for non-payment after 15 days
- • Upon termination, data will be securely deleted within 30 days
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belgium and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Brussels, Belgium, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
